H won't start (update)

I put new points & condenser in the Mag. No fire, rechecked everything, no fire. Got an old condenser from someone & put in. Blue fire at points, had nice fire at the plugs. To my surprise it started right up. I'm going to take the condenser back to NAPA today & tell them its no good. I had two people tell me that a Mag. with weak fire would never start the tractor & gas foul your plugs, I believe them now. I figured if it had fire(which it did) it would start. Anyway, I'm just happy to be able to drive it again. Thanks for everyones sugestions.
