1466 Sheet Metal Parts

Hi everyone. I"m looking for some parts for a 1466 with cab. Need the following: a) battery cover plates [right and left sides] b) plate just below the steering wheel and below the ether button and c) gear shifter plate that has the hi, neutral, low and number 1 thru 4 on it. If you know of where I can find some or all of these items reasonably priced, please let me know. Thanks everyone.
