Wardner: I had an idea you weren't concerned about cropping 300 acres. Do you have a copy of 150 Years of IH, by CH Wendel. He has a few photos in there of older Standard tractor with what looks like same system as your parts book. Looking at your photos, I'm tempted to say your current wheel is different from that in the parts book.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
