Farmall B real axle seals

Hello. I just purchased a 1947 Farmall B and it is leaking oil out the end of the rear axle. I think the seals are gone, but this is my first IHC tractor. I traded it for a John Deere A that I had. Please tell me what I need and where to get the parts to fix this problem. Your help is greatly appreciated. THANKS
