Baler

Hello
I was wondering about a IH 46 small square baler, its in side, used this last summer for straw, it looks good and guy says it works fine, dont know if its twine or wire, i didnt look that close.
My question is what is it worth, and are parts availiable for it, would it be worth buying for a couple hundred bales a year. Im in east central illinois, and the guy is lossing his shed and has no place to put it.
