This is sad, it looks like I've developed a bug for tractors now. Ran across a guy who has an F-12 from what I gather. has the steering wheel going straight across the top and all but is missing a fender. It's on full steel wheels wih the rears with the spikes on it. The engines stuck and the machine is a smooth brown in color and it looks to only be surface rust. I think everythings there at least from what I can see. I'm guessing it has a magneto mounted on the flywheel like a car because I'm not seeing a generator or alternator. Some small dents but nothing too serious. Nice machine really with lots of potential I'd say. in some cases I'd rather a stuck engine too since sometimes it means the toleraces are still tight. What's a fair price to ask? I'm thinking that this dude just wants to get rid of it actually by the way he talks. Might swing it for a couple hundred but I'd like to know what it's worth tops. Does someone do babbiting for these blocks and are parts even available. The steel wheels ar neat but I can't use them on the road so I might just pass altogether too unless it's a worthwhile project. I love 1920's cars and I'm thinking this might go well with my collection.
