Not to dispute what The Cowman says, but do you have new studs and are they really tapered ? I've never tried to replace them, but the parts book shows a lock washer associated with teh stud. Seems odd for a tapered pin to have a lock washer. The illustration looks like there are hex flats on the pins. The end that goes into the hub does not look tapered.

If the new parts are tapered, is there enough of the pin left to thread ? If so, you could try pulling on it with a nut and a sleeve while tapping on the backside.
