1951 W6 Starter Problem

We have a W6 (gas) that we use as our primary chore tractor (hey.. its our only tractor!)... Anyways... last week it didn't want to start.. Took the starter off, and there was a mouse nest in there.. so.. cleaned that out.. But was looking for the solenoid, as it seems like that is what the problem is... I just ordered the parts & services manuals from here, but was wondering if someone might be able to tell me where I can locate the solenoid, as it will be a few weeks until the manuals get here... My driveway needs to be freed of the all the lovely Saskatchewan snow, as well as our sheep need a bale replaced:) Thanks in advance for any replies! Jen
