Over the run of the 86's there were some changes in the engine and color and inteior and hyd. as for a power differance myself i can not say for sure as i have never run a newer still up , they made changes in the cam and pistons and crankcase breather system on the B seires DT414-466. Now you can update and earlie seires DT414-466 when ya do a rebuild as for the rest here i do not have a whole bunch of experance on them
