Hi, just a suggestion, check the leak to make sure that it really is the rear main and not the front seal of the transmission. If it is the rear main the tractor will have to be split. The seal from Case NH is about $30? Been awhile since I bought it. Maybe get a manual to walk you through the project. (the flywheel won"t come out through the top) My S WD-6 has the frame rails, so the tractor is actually split. My W-6 had the bathtub frame and it was like pulling the motor in a car.
