Good for you and the Calf (And the Momma too)! Had a ton of cattle when I was 12 yrs old... Between myself, my Dad, my Brother, and my Grandfather we had 400+ head of heifers. Then Gramdpa bought the biggest, longest, (and meanest) Charlois bull you ever saw. It was a big pipe with 4 legs. He busted the fence, too three days to get him corraled again. And we pulled 100+ calves the next calving season. And yes, a couple weeks after getting that Charlois Bull back in the corral we were having him for dinner (Grandpa's payback for getting out).
