I wouldn't hesitate to make any of the rods you listed if I had a pattern to go by. I do, of course, so it is easy for me to say. I think Home Depot will have the stock. A propane or MAPP gas torch will give you enough heat to make accurate bends on the small diameter stock. The hydraulic rod will require a bit of welding. I think the small protrusion that locks the rod to the rear was attached with a resistance weld. It also needs a thread, a couple of nuts, and a flatbar clip bent to a 90 degree angle If this isn't something you wish to pursue, just keep watchng eBay. Those parts will come up. The choke rod is probably universal to all M's. The other two will need to come off a SM with live hydraulics.
