Matt, You have a lot of good suggestions here, except for the guy with the cubs mounted on the rear wheels of his H. That's overkill. Cub Cadets would be plenty. The cub is a small tractor, and you have to be reasonable in what you expect it to do. There is not a lot of weight or horsepower to work with. You will do better with wheel weights and fluid in the tires, but if you put too much more weight on the tractor you will start breaking expensive parts. You will also do better with some practice. It takes me an hour or so to get snow moving well the first time each year, and I grew up in Iowa. I used to plow a lot of snow. You can move a lot of snow with a small tractor if you use your tractor and blade properly. I don't know how much experience you have. Build up and then use momentum rather than lugging. Figure out where you want to put the snow before it piles up in front of your blade. Angle the blade and take smaller bites. Steve
