MJ, The plow you are talking about is a "tumble plow". Biggest problem you are going to run into, aside from finding replacement lathes, is finding a blacksmith with a trip-hammer to sharpen the silly things. Almost unheard of anymore. If your model has the single drop/lift and it isn't timed right, just roll 'er again to get it back in sync with the correct side drop. They were the plow of choice up until the early fifties when the hydraulics came into play and IH went to the lateral spinners. Good Luck, Allan
