Yes, but you didn't say if it's a gas or diesel. The gas is real good if you need something that will start in very cold weather, but is very hard on fuel if you do any field work with it. The old 282 glowplug diesel is a very good all-around engine if it's in good shape. If the compression is low or if the glowplug system is not in top shape it will be almost impossible to start on a 90 degree day. The fresh 282 in my 560 will start better than any other diesel we have on a cold day with about 30 seconds on the glowplugs. The 310 German diesel that the very last 706's had will be horrible for light work. Those were built to run fast, hot, and hard. Under light loads and low speeds they stink and slobber so bad you can't stand to be around them.
