As to our local NAPA counter help...I am mystified as to how they find there way home at night, they can barely tell time. Anyone registering a pulse would be of more service. More than once I have had to simply go behind the counter when they are confused by the vast array of more than one similiar part and do their job for them. All this sans the help of scanning their parts book which they would have taken as a violation of space, but one which Ray Charles would surely find to be clear. They simply threw up their hands and gave up.
