460 U traction control

i was reading in my 460u book, and it says that if the 460 has a fast hitch, it also has traction control. i as talking to my grandpa, who i got the tractor from, and he said that my 460u has traction control but it does not work. my question is how can i fix the traction control, how does it work, whats involed with the "system"?
