Hi TractorFix123, If the clutch and pressure plate have not been replaced recently, my first guess would be the teeth on the pressure plate where the PTO shaft is driven from are worn. This will cause a rattling of the PTO when you back off on engine RPM and there is an implement connected to the PTO without an overrunning clutch. Eventually pressure plate teeth will strip and PTO and hydraulics will stop. JB2
