For about $70 you can put a new coil, condensor and points in a F-20 Mag that will produce a spart that jumps 3/8 of an inch (enough for any spark plug no matter how badley it is fouled). Also, as noted, you will have to clean and maybe rebuild the Carb. Good Luck!
