What makes you guys think everybody out there wanting a SMTA is aware of casting codes etc. A lot of guys don't give a darn about codes. That is for the IH police. I know body guys that wouldn't have a bit of a problem lengthening a hood and you wouldn't be able to spot it from the original. I have seen several SMTA's made out of 400's.
