656 Quits

I have 656 and it starts to sputter after about 10 minutes . Pull throttle down and it stays running but no power . I check float and sediment bowl . Wondering how much fuel should come out of the float valve , or out of the line to the carb How much in a minutes time ?It just seems like it runs out of fuel ---Any Ideas Thanks Bill 4104
