Something is seriously not-stock on that tractor. The generator belt doesn't come anywhere near the hood on a stock H. Belt tension is adjusted at the generator pulley. The two halves of the pulley screw toward each other, pushing the belt further out in the pulley, tightening the belt. What do you mean by "rotation slots?"
