132/76, pulse 66, checked by a pro last night at a dental clinic.
Pretty normal for me (we have a tester at home), but higher than it
used to be. I'm a believer! My father died of a massive stroke at age
63, 20 years ago this year. I eat the right stuff 98 percent of the
time, keep my weight reasonable and get lots of "farmersize."
Watch me keel over from a stroke in five minutes! Still have more
job stress than I need, but so far it is not affecting the blood
pressure and I am trying to minimize it.
