IH made all of those pieces I believe, but at this point you would be looking for used parts. Try the classified section here (post your own want ad too), ebay, etc. Not going to be easy to find the loader, and three point hitch will require additional modifications to be feasible for an A. Might be more $ and frustration than you want to get involved in. Might be better to look for an IH 300/350 utility with all of the above, and keep the A for whatever you might fancy.
