If it has a Prestolite distributor, you MIGHT get lucky at an auto supply.

If it has the IH distributor, those points are pretty odd, an, unless there's an auto supply that carries some farm and industrial stuff, likely they won't have them.

Have you tried, with the points closed, drawing a clean piece of white cardstock through them several times, to polish off the oxide, then turned the engine over so the points are "open", and finishing the job with spray electrical contact cleaner?

Unless they are BADLY burned, that should get it going, and out of the woods!
