Jay, I can't tell you the size of the o-rings, but they are a standard size and can be purchased from any auto parts store. If you can't find the size, then just take one with you.
The pressure regulator is between the fasthitch valve and reservoir. The block on the bottom of fasthitch valve is the check valve.
When you say "swapped the assemblies around", I assume you mean that the front one now operates the fasthitch. Correct ? Swapping the valves shouldn't harm anything, but I don't think you can move the regulator valve.
