Welcome to the forum, The comments below may have good content, but be a bit too lacking in explanation. The H is approximately the same visual size as an M, they do not have commonality at all. The H is much lighter and less powerful. The effort needed to adapt the engine to the frame, clutch/trans, and radiator is substantial Everything is possible with enough money time and effort. The reaction may have been to the idea of reducing the power from a fourty horse class to a twenty/thirty horse class tractor. Would it work? yes. Would it resell? probably for less than 1/2 of the investment. Finding the 500 bucks plus change to repair the existing engine, or trading the H engine for a rebuildable M engine is the ticket. Jimn
