350 vs. 560

I am looking for a tractor to use around my property. Would like to plow and disc a little, but mostly grading the driveway and mowing ditches, also a loader would be great. I don't want to buy more tractor than I need, but don't want to buy a tractor that can't do what I need it to. Any thoughts on the ability of these two tractors?
