Turbos10 Don't know about the horse power numbers. But since a stock C 264 put out close 400 ft. pounds of tourqe, although at low RPM I would think if its stroked and bored as far as some do 450 ft. lbs. of tourqe could be made. He did say in post the ones pushing high horsepower were bored and stroked.
