I have converted my 140 to a three point hitch and used a regular 3pt hitch 5 ft. woods rotary mower for ten years, works great even though the pto shaft is somewhat offset from center. A finish mower would not really be any different. You can also get drawbar models or fast hitch models from woods, depending on how your tractor is set up. 3pt hitch conversion just means you never have to search around for implements.
