The H and tiller won"t work too well in hard ground because it"s too fast. However if the field has been plowed/disced, it is managable with a tiller. I have seen this done. I would add another tractor to your stable such as a 300 with the torque amplifier(gear reducer)... that"s what we did to run a tiller and transplanter at slower ground speeds..
