If you can't buy both, then get the M. It is heavier and a whole lot safer. Set the rear wheels out to near max. and use a lot of common sense. An H is much lighter in the frontend and with an implement on a 3 pt behind it, it will be even lghter and prone to come off the ground.
The H will be easier on fuel, but having teh extra power is well worth it.
