Assuming that it indicates perfectly in the center when off, and that the system has not shown that symptom before, I would say that the voltage regulator (assuming it has one) is getting a bit fuzzy as to where it should set the voltage. It is probably well charged, and when the lights were turned on, it took the load seriously. I would chack the charging voltage when it happens again to see if it is in the 7.2 volt range. JimN
