Yes this engine just rebuilt. I put in a carb kit from Case IH it had a diferent kind of needle valve. Pin and spring that goes in the middle of needle was not sure how to set it. Like I said everything is tight good spark and wired correctly. I was getting ready to pull carb but wanted to get somebodys opinion first.I thought if you have gas to the carb you get to cylybders when cranking.
