NAPA Head rebuilds

Has anyone had any experience with the NAPA machine shops, good or bad? I know it varies with region and shop, but I am mainly wanting to know if they are competitive with other machine shops in quality and pricing. Or, would I be better off just taking it to an industrial engine shop? It is a Heisler head off my 1929 Regular.
