I'll go along with Nat on this but if it only on the right side then areas to look into are bull pinion bearings on the right side and right side axel bearings and amy be the carrier bearings . But keep this in mind that that noise can be telagraphen from other parts of the drive line . And you may find that in order to find the problem you may have to strip her down to the running gears of a Kaddydid and inspect each and ever bearing and gear in it also it could be a sign that a side gear is going to lunch .
