Locating old IH engineers!

Hello, Does anyone know where the engineer who decided where to put the 4 bolts that bolt the gas tank support to the bellhousing right behind the head on a 560 gas lives? I'm asking because I'd like to go burn his house down tonight! 45 minutes to get the head ready to pull off the engine but over two hours to get the support unbolted and tank lifted. I could think of abot ten ways to do it differently. I also realized that if the tank was an inch higher it would not have to be unbolted at all! Does anybody want to come with? I'll buy the diesel fuel. Mark
