If it has been frozen for a long time, think about removing the head and checking the cylinders. If one hole has much more rust than the others, it may be the only one stuck. I have removed the other three and disconnected the rod of the stuck piston from the crank. This allowed me to bang freely on the top of the stuck piston. Its always good to check and clean the piston rings(if you are re-using them) and grooves. Usually some will be stuck in their grooves and will not do their jobs properly.
