Yes, I am located in the U.S, I hear you on going with used and it may or may not be any good, and if I have them change it, it's going to cost me a pretty penny anyways. I think what I'll have to end up doing is leave it alone and try to use it as is for right now, I'll save up the rest of the money and get it done next spring. Won't hurt anything to continue using it as is will it?.
