Drill Size For 3/4 bolt

Where the front cultivators hook up on the tractor (Super A) there are four bolts in a square tube. I think the original size of the bolts was/is 5/8. Two on mine are stripped, one is fine, and one was redrilled a long time ago and now has a 3/4 inch bolt (course threads on all). I want all the bolts to be the same and have decided to make them all 3/4" course thread. Question is what size of drill bit do I use? Some sites say 21/32 and some say 17/32.
