I took have considered a Mahindra utility, and might pull the trigger on one at some point. But then I compare the cost to what I get when I buy a used IH 300 utility or a MF 35, etc and the luster goes away quick. They do seem to be well made, and I agree with Rusty that you want to be real sure that the dealer is in it for the long haul. Mahindra does have close ties to IH. In fact at least one model (2wd) is basically an IH utility from the seventies. Don't know the specifics but from what I understand that tractor has been in continuous production since they bought the assembly line (includies dies, etc) from IH. If you feel like you have to buy new, I definately would at the very least give strong consideration to a Mahindra.
