The tractor's sheet metal appears to be fairly straight even though it doesn't appear to have been shelted over the years. The rear tires appear to have decent tread, hard to tell if they're weather checked. Needs front tires too. Are you allowed to drive it before submitting a bid? You won't know if the clutch or transmission is in need of repair. Are the tractor's maintenance records available? These would be helpful in determining how much you want to bid. Having the engine running is a plus, but it may still need a complete overhaul unless the town redid the engine since they've had it. A man in Ohio just restored a Super WD6. I don't know if he had originally owned the tractor or had bought it from someone and had decided to restore it. He had the tractor completely disassembled and found a lot the bearings worn out. I have a picture of it after it was restored. I had some that were taken during the restoration, but I must have deleted them. I can email you a picture if you want to see it. I bought a Super C for $700.00 that ran good, but needed u-joints on the steering. It had almost new tires front and rear. I replaced the worn u-joints. It needed a paint job too. The sheet metal was very good. Tractors may be higher in your area so you would have to be the final judge on that. I think somewhere in the $700 to $1000 range. Very easy to invest $4000 to $5000 in these tractors with a complete engine overhaul, clutch, tires and painting. Hal
