f-12 rearwheels and tires

I'am trying to come up with some tires and wheels and hubs to put on my f-12. I bought some cut down rims it seams the axle dia, is not the rite size, the axle is 2 5/8 the rims axle hole is 2 1/2. I don't have 1200-1500 bucks to put tires on a $500 tractor.
I now have a set of cut down rims and a set of huba,rims and tires off a H. I CAN'T use any of them on the f-12.What do I need to get my f-12 mobil and dose any body need some rims?
