Before you put the radiator back on blow with air and water the lower part of the block to get the four holes clean that let the water down by the sleeves. I would take off the lower housing so you can get to the lower block better. Then stuff a rag along with the hose and run the water back thru the bottom. I would do this before putting back togetherand using the vinegar.
