I do not claim to be an expert but I have actually reversed picker tractors so I am ahead of some. I assume by MCH you mean picker mounted on M. If this is a high drum picker that is reversed in drop boxes you will need the two hole deck cover and reverse shifter rails. When you flip ring gear it winds up directly under shifter so shifter has to be moved to opposite side to clear. Saw someone post that they had seen spacers under deck top so that it would clear shifter but this would not be easy and you still would have to modify shifter rails. The parts to reverse tractors (make it travel foward) or still around in cotton country as they were used on low drum picker tractors but are becoming hard to find as most of the pickers have been scrapped out. Know where a picker that had everything you need was cut up for scrap a few months ago. A low drum picker can be converted to foward travel by flipping ring gear and using deck top, shifter and rails from standard tractor. Hope this mightbe of some help and maybe Harold H will see your post and add his expertise.
