IH Farmall B-450 Diesel Standard

I ran across a IH Farmall B-450 Diesel Standard
with fenders in fair condition.All sheet metal fairly straight,no idea on mechanical condition
I just wanted to get some information on it,and see if it would be worth restoring and if its a rare find or not.Thanks for any reply.
