Thats how most tractors, trucks, and car are with the rear ends in them being differencals. Shoot if you jack up a rear wheel drive car ot truck with both rear tires off the ground and its in gear or park. If you spin the right hand wheel by hand the left hand wheel will spin the oppoist way that the one your spin does. Now as far as what happen on that tractor he either had it in to low a gear or something like the starter has the engine locked up. Either way its not a good thing to see happen becuase stuff can start to brake when that happens
