Do not take the lack of response personally. It is not a slight against you; your question is just an obscure question that not many people know the answer to. The vast majority, myself included, saw your quesiton and thought, "Why does he need anything more detailed than an I&T? Super Hs aren't all that complicated. Anybody that knows how to turn a wrench can pretty much figure out how things come apart and go back together even without an I&T manual." If you can find a copy of the service manual(s) they had at IH dealerships, that'll be the most complete reference you'll ever find. Good luck, though, since there weren't that many copies of those manuals around, and most of them got tossed as time went by.
