Slow hydaulics

My 130 seems to lift OK but is quite slow, in fact, I have to keep the power fairly high to get much lifting action. There is no jerking motion and it lets down fast. It does the same thing with no load on the hydraulics. I have checked fluid level but I am not sure where the full mark is. Am I looking at overhaul of the hydraulic pump? Needless to say this has made plowing this new snow here in Michigan a little slow.
