Not all of it is there, but that mower lift uses a cultivator cylinder. That cylinder is for the front of a four-row cultivator. The shaft from the cylinder is inside a piece of pipe that is on the end of the cylinder. The cylinder is extended, and probably the rest of the lift is gone.
